For the mom who's tried everything and still feels stuck in grief

You don't want to heal. You want to stop hurting... without forgetting.

Finding Peace is a personalized, 3-month private coaching journey for stillbirth moms who want to carry their baby's

memory with love, rebuild trust in themselves, and create a future that feels whole again.

Sad woman looking out window

I know how heavy the grief feels right now.

Maybe you wake up every morning with your chest tight, wondering if you'll ever feel like yourself again.

Maybe you're terrified of trying for another baby or guilty for even thinking about it.

Maybe everyone around you has moved on, but you're still here, aching, carrying a love no one else seems to remember.

You might be thinking...

  • "I don't know how I'll ever feel normal again. Everything in me feels broken."

  • "No one talks about my baby anymore, but I can't go a day without thinking about them."

  • "I want another baby... but just thinking about it scares me to death."

  • "I feel stuck, like I'm supposed to be healing, but I don't even know what that means or if it's possible"

You're not broken. You're grieving. And you don't have to do this alone.

Inside This Program, You'll Learn How To:

Release the guilt and self-blame that keeps you stuck without feeling like you're letting your

baby down

Navigate triggers and hard days (holidays, milestones, pregnancy announcements) with tools that actually help

Rebuild trust in your body and yourself even when it feels impossible right now

Handle hurtful comments and awkward conversations with confidence and grace

Work through jealousy and comparison so you can find calm instead of constant pain

Reconnect with your partner, family, and friends even when they don't fully understand

Step back into daily life (work, routines, social situations) feeling grounded, not overwhelmed

Decide if and when you're ready for another pregnancy with clarity instead of fear

And most importantly... create meaningful ways to honor your baby and make space in your life for hope, joy, and peace, without feeling like you're leaving your baby behind.

What Moms Just Like You Are Saying...

Jennifer Senn- Perinatal Grief Coach and Bereaved Mom

I've Been Right Where You Are

After losing my twin daughters at 32 weeks, I spent years trapped in guilt, fear, and isolation.

I tried therapy. I read the books. I joined groups. But nothing gave me what I truly needed... someone who understood that healing doesn't mean forgetting.

So I created the grief support I wish every stillbirth mom had: real guidance from someone who's walked this road and found a way to live again without leaving her babies behind.

  • 20+ Years Living After Stillbirth Loss

  • 2 Babies I Carry in My Heart Every Day

  • Hundreds of Moms I've Walked Beside

  • Trained Coach Specializing in Pregnancy Loss

I've seen what happens when moms don't get the right kind of support, and I've witnessed the incredible strength that comes when they do.

You are not broken. You are a mother carrying an impossible weight.

I'm here to walk right beside you.

Some Common Questions I'm Asked...

Is this therapy?

No-and that's actually an important distinction. I'm a certified life coach, not a therapist. What I offer isn't clinical treatment; it's personalized guidance and tools from someone who has walked this road herself. Many of the moms I work with also see a therapist, and the two can work really well together. If you're ever unsure whether coaching or therapy is the right fit for you, we can talk through that honestly on our call.

What if I'm not ready to talk yet?

That's okay. You don't have to be ready, you just have to be curious. Filling out the form and having a conversation doesn't commit you to anything. It's just a chance for us to connect and see what feels right. There's no pressure, and there's no wrong answer.

How soon after my loss can I start?

There's no rule about timing. Some moms come to me just weeks after their loss; others reach out years later and still feel stuck. Wherever you are in your grief, you deserve support. When you share your story with me, I'll be honest with you about what I think would help most right now.

What if I've already tried therapy or support groups and they didn't help?

I hear this a lot, and I understand it. Most grief support wasn't designed specifically for stillbirth moms. What I offer is different: it's personalized, it's rooted in lived experience, and it's never going to ask you to move on or follow someone else's timeline. If other things haven't helped, that doesn't mean nothing will. It might just mean you haven't found the right kind of support yet.

Will I have to talk about my baby?

Only as much as you want to. There's no script, no required topic list, and no pressure to share anything you're not ready to share. Your baby is always welcome in our conversations — but so is silence, and so is starting somewhere else entirely.

What does a typical session look like?

Our sessions are via Zoom, and they're guided by you, where you are that week, what's feeling heavy, what you need most. I don't follow a rigid script. Some sessions are deeply emotional; others are more practical. All of them are a safe place to be completely honest about how you're really doing.

How does the cost compare to therapy?

That's a really fair question, and one I'm happy to answer honestly when we talk. Every mom's situation is different, and I never want cost to be the reason someone doesn't get support. When you reach out, we'll have a real conversation about what's included, what it costs, and what options are available. No pressure, no surprises.

I'd love to hear your story

Finding Peace is an intimate program where I have limited availability, and before we begin, I want to make sure it feels right for you.

There's no pressure, no pitch.

Just a chance for me to learn a little about where you are and for us to talk honestly about what support could look like.

Take a few minutes to share your story with me, and I'll be in touch within 48 hours.

Every response is read personally by me... just between us

This Isn't Just Coaching

This is three months of having someone in your corner who truly understands, someone who won't rush you, judge you, or ask you to forget.

It's a complete healing system: private support when you need it most, a proven roadmap to guide you, and a community of women who get it.

It's a path back to yourself, with your baby's memory woven into every step.

And it's less than the cost of most therapy packages, but with more personalized support, practical tools you can use forever, and a community that will hold you through the hardest days.
